Where to go from here...

Hi,

I'm working on this smooth jazz instrumental track and I'm kinda stuck.

http://home.planet.nl/~verberk/chillin.mp3

Do you guys have any suggestions on what I might do next or changes in what I have so far ?

thanks for helping out!

Greetz,
Ivo

|C#m7|G#m7|C#m7|D#7|

or instead you could change the last two chords to Bbm7-Eb7 for another flavor.

Sounds kinda bluesy! Nice song.

I just finished a song of the same style if you care to check it out.

Maybe work on making it less synthetic sounding. You could be going for that. The drum beat and keys give off a synthic nature. You might want that though.

I really like the groove..

As far as where to go next.. I can't read or write music, so I can't write down what I think you should do.. I think adding vocals to this would be cool..

good groove.. I almost recognize the drums.. are you using acid?
