Acid video

I've got some mpa's I'd like to pull into Acid...the manual says just pull them in there, but it doesn't work...any ideas?

Thanks!

Sounds similar to cda, which is a header file that you can see on audio CDs if you put one in a CD-ROM drive. They just contain info about the data, none of the data itself.

A dead giveaway would be -- how big is the mpa?

Um, I'm confused. I thought you were trying to import some type of video file.

If it's audio and you can't drag it in, and it is on a CD, try using the 'extract from CD' option.

I work with mpeg formats all the time and I don't recall ever seeing an .mpa extention. Are you sure it isn't .mpg?
