Recycle or Ableton Live with DP3

I nned a loop program for rythm, drums and percussion to use with DP3. I am not sure if Recycle or Ableton Live is a better choice. If you know of such things, please advise.

What exactly are you trying to do with loops that you can't accomplish with DP3? Gimme a little more info, and maybe I can help you sort this out.

I am just trying to have the capabilities ot changing tempos and/or using the sounds from the loop individualoly incase I like the groove but also need specific hits or rythmic figures that are not part of the loop material. I have lready found out that recycle will do the job very nicely. But thank you anyway for your help, further information is still appreciated.

By the way, can a DP3 file be converted into a REX file in the program.
