dither or not dither?

I record in protools. When I bounce to disk (mix down to wav file) it gives me the one of two options: convert during bounce and convert after bounce. Is this dithering? I have a waves L2 limiter on the master fader. Should I not dither there since the bouncing may be dithering? Or should I dither on the L2 when bouncing to wave file?

use the dither on the L2 and check "convert after bounce" for best results.
