Powerd Mixer question

Hi,

I have a mackie powerd mixer. I would like to use it as my mixer for recording into my computer. The powerd part makes me nervous will it kill my soundcard if i use it? it would save me some money if i didnt have to buy a non powerd mixer.

Thanks,

Billy

just don't send your speaker outs to the soundcard. as long as you send a line level signal to the soundcard, everything should work fine.
