My songs,,,,,at last!

HOORAY! I FINALLY managed to get registered and upload stuff !
I have a song by my band at ,,, www.nowhereradio.com/justanotherdream
and one of my solo efforts as ,,,, www.nowhereradio.com/monsterpop
none of these are MR8 recordings,,
but it will let you see what im all about ,,if anyone is interested that is. As soon as i can find out why its all distorted when i try to get stuff from my MD to the PC,,
then i can put my first MR8 song up too! Any ideas?

I listened to the last one though the link did not take me to it. I had to search all over the place to find it.
Mix sounded pretty good through my computer speakers, the sound got fuller as the song progressed. Good job.

As soon as i can find out why its all distorted when i try to get stuff from my MD to the PC,,

monsterpop are you going from the line out on your minidisc? I've found with my Sony MD that if I go out of the line out direct to the soundcard it overdrives and distorts...I've found that going from the headphone jack will give you a much better and easier to control level to play with....hope it helps...peace

I HAVE found one! And im a lucky boy!
Perfect Girl is actually a demo featuring the whole band playing.(Just Another Dream)We stoped playin it live a long time ago though, cos it didnt go down too well when we were supportin punk band setc! Hehehe!And it was NOTHING like any of the other J.A.D stuff. So i kind of "adopted"my own song as a "Monsterpop" number instead!It was recorded on a Tascam 488 cassette recorder.We did it in a few big studios eventually.but i always preferred that one.Even got a live version of it recorded by Yamaha,,,but i STILL lke this version better!Thanks a lot. Now that im in to the groove on Nowhere Radoi
i will have to get around to hearing stuff by you guys!

I have been takin the stereo phonos from the back of my Sony MDSJE510,,to the line in on the pc.It just aint goin to plan though.
VERY frustrating indeed! So you reckon the sound quality etc will be as good direct from the headphone out,,yeah? Hmm,,so i now need a lead with a stero quarter inch jack,,to a stereo mini jack?
