Dongle - Does it stay pluged in?

After the program is installed and all, is the Dongle suppose to stay connected or can I remove it?

You can remove it when you're not using Cubase, but whenever you run the Cubase program it has to be in place for the s/w to work.

Thanks Blue Bear

I have another post as well inquiring as to an error that appears when I load, if you get a chance, I'd appreciate any help you can offer there as well

BTW - Its ironic that youre the first one to answer my questions. A couple of months ago I posted a question with respect to Cubase VST32 5.0 and you were the first to reply as well. Your answer: "Get Cubase SX."

Thanks for your help.
