VF80/VF160 differences...?

Besides the added tracks and inputs on the VF160, what are the differences in these units. From what I can read, the chips, converters, HD, and basic specs appear identical. is one just a smaller/bigger version of the other?

Billisa<<Im not sure so Im really asking ..I thought that the VF80 did not have EQ in the mixer,and the VF160 had 3band eq .The question I am asking my self is,do I really need the recorder to have eq.
