DITHER in VEGASpro !!

Hello,

Can somebody help me a 'lil with this one..!!
1. Where's the place that I should place a DITHER for the best result......, is it in the TRACK or in the BUS ??
2. PROPERTIES is the place for setting-up the recorded Bits & Sample-Rates....am I right....!??
3. VEGASpro done its Bits & Sample-Rates on the fly; so it doesn't have to impact the source file....(non-destructive)...am I right ???
4. Is it any use to dither to ...say, 16 bit from 16 bit too..??
