Smile How to trigger drumloops

Hi!

I want to use my sampler (AKAI S2000) as a drummachine for live performance.

Can I trigger the drumloops with my standard MIDI keyboard?
Is there any way to "quantize" the drumloops live? ... I probably can't press the key for a fill-in or a variation EXACTLY at the right time and I don't want the rhythm to shift...
Or is it better to use a hardware midi sequencer? Which one?

A lot of stupid questions, I know...but thanks for answering!

ich weiß es

Lieber david damage!,

Flow

What a nerd...here's a translation.

"I know love it david damage!

You are apparently a correct Newbie and still have not so much experience, apart from that is asked this question daily showed specialty.

I know the AKAI S2000 as well as my left west pocket. When I was at that time yet with Supertramp on tour, that have me lasting the box vollgekotzt..

It is for inexperienced beginners extremely difficult, the drumloops with a standard Keyboard, yet in addition, exactly to triggern and also yet in addition correctly to quantisieren for a standard-MIDI-Keyboard. I myself do not make couple would compensate that in my sound studio always, in that I the Q-Synthesizer over a double amplifier cable with Multikoaxialweiche at my Roland 4351c, for hall somewhat (in addition open you best a characteristic Thread) and over a zwischengeschaltetes Feed-Along-Adaptermischpult (I recommend Sony MX 634) the as Amplituden-Frequenz-Modulations-Spektral-B with simulated Anti-Normalize-equipment (Line in controll forget) invertiere. That is an entirely simple trick: if you press now a key, the fell in comes on the millisecond exactly there where you want to have it.

Because of the rhythm distortion, you simply yet must note that the FFT filter of the Convolution synchronically must be set, otherwise klappt that with the Sub-Multi-Tab-Relay only approximately. In any case I would become either the Thompson X36 with integrated Distortion Eliminator as a hardware-MIDI-Sequencer take or hold the SubSeven MidiStar 7 deluxe, but that is hold nothing for the little money bag.

I hope, you have step a JukeExpression with Sweeping Phaser Equalizer station, for in the Quantisieren sometimes through the Clip restoration so-called. "Envelope-Restpartikelschäden" up, that can be taken out by its use somewhat.

If you have yet any questions, would answer simply again on this answer. I am well yet the next week here, must produce however after that again in south east asia so nen Aguilera cut up (*würg*).

Much joke yet Flow"

Oh, thanks for your help but I actually am a German, so I can understand his reply. It's a joke.

But I'm still looking for serious help...
