MR-8 and PC problems

I seem to be having problems with storing files on my PC. Everything is ok if I finished up the song and saved the WAV file on the PC. Today, I had two partially finished songs and I tried to save one to PC. Its on the PC and when the MR-8 is in USB mode, the song appears to also be on the MR-8. However, when I turn on the MR-8 to record, it isn't there. The MR-8 just keeps asking for the name of the new song, because there aren't any old ones. So, I go back to USB mode. Explore with the PC and the song is in the MR-8. Confusing as heck for a geezer like me. Any help???
