I use WaveLab for editing. Can anyone tell me how to permenently delete wave files from the hard disk? I think my hard disk is filled with my old wave files.
Thanks!

If you know what the names of the wav files to be deleted and the location, just select them in windows explorer and press delete. Within Cubase, if you go to the Audio Pool you can select wav's there and delete them as well.

One thing I've found to greatly reduce the number of wav files on my Hard Drive, is to use the CTRL - Back Arrow. If you highlight a track in Cubase, and hit CTRL - Back Arrow, this will permenantly delete that wav. If I record a guitar track and don't like it, I delete it using CTRL, rather than just pressing delete (which removes it from the song, but not your hard drive.) Be Carefull with the CTRL method though, make sure you only have one track highlighted (unless you want to delete multiple tracks), there is no Undo after doing this.
