I ve been downloading mixermaps and studio drivers for cubase, but i don't know how to use it.Where i can put these files? What to do with them?

Btw, when I got to steinbergs ftp site, and choose the (studio driver i think..) roland and goto the d 110.. Im good until then but all the file is, is a few text things. It doosnt let me download it.
I am hoping that is sometype of map to convert my roland d 110 sounds into general midi. Am I right? How do I make it work?
