fatal exceptions with VST/24

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a problem with computer freezes and fatal exception errors using the newest VST/24. I'm running a PIII 500/256 RAM, Win 95, and a DSP Factory.

It seems like since I upgraded to 3.7 I get a freezup about 1 in 15 times just as the vst program is finishing booting.
I have also been getting more audio glitches. Like when the reberb plays then starts some ticking in one monitor and it wont go away until i reboot.
