New Bug! Where are the plugins?

I ve got a new problem!
I had cubase 3.553, with many cubase and directx plugins.
Now, there are no plugins in audio effects, but they are installed in the cubase plugins folder.
I don t no where is the problem.
When win95 was installed in my computer, cubase was in perfect conditions, but now with win98 , he crash many times. Can win98 "clean" the audio effects?

Do you know what to do?

reinstall your DirectX plugin's. This would be the quick solution. The DirectX plugin's usually are in a directory "audio" in C:, so C:\audio. I assume you upgraded from 95 to 98? I don't upgrade an OS without toasting the drive first. Format. Then install 98 or whatever OS you like. I've found the upgrades MS offer never work. But... reinstall your DirectX plugin's this should solve it.

Hello again!
Installing directx plugins again. Maybe the right solution, but the cubase plugins don t work too. Cubase can detect the directx plugins. The problem is in the global effects, when I click in the rack effects or in the master effects or else, i don t have the costum list. Like when your right mouse button don t work.
