Looking for a good sound replacer plug, guide me...

I am looking for a sound replacer like in Protools, where I could take, for instance, a kick track, put a sample of the kick from Drumkit from Hell into the plug, and the transient from the actual kick track triggers the sample and replaces it with said sample.
Dig?
Anyone know of any that works with Sonar?
Seems like I had something once called Drumagog that did this, but maybe I have the name mixed up with something else.
