Howdy, well this just arrived today. Before even recieving it I decided to stay with my 1010 just to have the option of the extra channels for the future. It is used but not by me. It's got everything including the box, and all software, manual, even the packing foam. Steal it for $260 + shipping.

For those who don't know about this, it's got 4 ins, and 6 outs, 24/96, Midi in/out, headphone out, realtime DSP effects that can be used while monitoring, or can be recorded to disk, all metering, shielded PCI card, and all converters are held int he breakout box. + much more.
