Analog or digital mixer? What is the storage media?MD? Hard drive?

Not MD! Hard disk,no data compression.Not sure about the mixer,but I think it's digital.Cheers!

Yeah its digital. I was just checking it out. Must be only 4 tr. simultaneous record as it only has 4 trims. And 7/8 is a stereo strip. 24 bit is good, and for the price, it is probably among the better portas out there (though fostex has a new one called vr-16 or something that I've not yet checked out). I still think the akai dps 16 is the best box going right now for its mix of relative affordability and muscle. I might get one...
