Wink

hey, i'm look at the us-428 or TM-D1000 mixer for use with pro audio 9 by cakewalk. the us-428 doesn't need a card, its usb, but someone said something about using a mixtreme (???) card, and they work seamlessly together. any suggestions?

i'd use it for basic projects. stuff that sounds like rick springfield meets weezer. with synthesizers and horns on occasion. but everything would be recorded one at a time.

how many inputs does the mixtreme card have?

thanks---mike

Question

I'm new to digital recording and have my eye on the US-428, too. Does anybody have any experience with this?
