DR008 and Midi Control Messages

I have Sonar 2.2 and the upgraded DR008. In Sonar, I have a track with Midi Control Change message (#10, Pan). When I route that to the DR008, it does not respond. I read (and Reread and reread) the manual and got a brief comment back from Angus (telling me that it is in the manual). I did figure out how to route the midi control change to only one drum at a time.

Config set to 128 way map

Open Controllers, go to midi controllers

Go to #10, left click on it

In the pop-up box, select the note number with a left click, then select Pan

I have no idea why that works, but it does and I am semi-grateful. However, the question is.... Can you route Midi CC messages to more than one note at a time?

(Okay, 2 questions...) If so, How?

Thanks in advance

Take Care
