im having a party on sat, there will be 3 bands playing and inbetween is going to be open mic on whoever wants to freestyle and do whatever, but i want to uswe my 1680 to record the whole night, on the highest recoring i i have i think MST is the setting ior whatever,

how long can i record if i have like only 1 complete song taking up space on teh harddrive????

will there be abny issues with me leaving the 1680 recoridng for 8 hours straight?

It might be quite difficult to do anything with the files afterwards... Try to get them into different songs and make sure you have enough space to copy them anywhere else... A completely fille dHD won't allow you to backup, to work a.s.o.
