WIRING advice needed

I'm just about ready move my gear in to my new building and wire up the place. Of course, i'm so ADD that I can only think one and a half steps ahead of myself, so i'm just now figuring out how I'm going to do it.

I know what I want for i/o boxes in each room, connected to snakes. I'm planning on shooting the snakes thru the floor, into the basement ceiling and back up into the control room near the mixer.

I'd like to order everything wired and harnessed, and I'm wondering if there are some sort of multi-connectors I can use. In other words, from a pre-wired patch bay to several multi-connectors which hook up to my studio room snakes in the basement ceiling.

Am I dreaming? do I actually need to just run cables and solder it all myself? I suck at that big time.
