What kind of recording are you planning on doing? For multitrack, you'd want to take the direct outs of the Behringer board into the inputs of your 1010. So basically you'd be using the board as a set of pres. You can also monitor the "live" sound from the board while you record to avoid latency.

I would use the meek pre as your "golden" channel, for voice and/or drum overheads (or anything else you'd track by itself). You would want to connect the outs from the meek pre to the line-ins of the board (hopefully using balanced cables).

If you are going to be using reason and/or the soft synths of sonar, you'd want to patch their outs to one of the outs of the 1010, and in turn patch the 1010 outs to the inputs on your board so you can monitor the soft synths along with whatever else you are recording.

In general, the b3 will be your mic of choice. In fact you might want to ditch the b2 in favor of something other than a LD condenser mic. I'd also consider some better monitors - I've not heard such great things about the rolands. In other words, you could spend your money more wisely in those areas (according to me anyways).

I hope this is somewhat helpful...
