Info on Framus 74A Guitar?

My friend found an old Framus 74A Dreadnought in his parent's house that nobody plays. It's about 20-30 years old, has a humingbird pick guard and a sunburst finish. All I know about Framus is that it's related to Warwick. Does anyone here have any more info on this guitar? How about the value of it? It doesn't seem like an expensive guitar, but who knows what age can do to something like this. Thanks for any info.

you should be able to contact them at www.framus.de and they should be able to understand english, too. I think it's much older, mid-60s, I'd guess. Found that picture:
