I have owned this unit for 13 years or so.
The tapes are getting stuck with the heads engaged on a regular basis. Any ideas on how to eliminate this problem? I have had it serviced and I have fixed it myself. If you tell me it's a lost cause, I can go upgrade with a clear conscience.I have not seen any posts on the jamming issue from newer models.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.
