Tascam DA20mkII

Okie,
I found a Tascam DA20 mk II in a local pawn shop. It's a rackmount and it looks like new. Being a digital dummie I was wondering if this machine has multi-track capabilities and what should go with it. It looks like just a dat deck, but it's a Tascam so....
How much is it worth? They are asking $350 firm and I don't know if this is a good deal. Right now I record analog but I want to expand by buying e.q. as I can. Eventually I will go digital, but it's expensive.

It's not a multitrack, but a digital 2-track to mix your multitracks to (DAT is the standard digital mixdown format). The price is more than fair.
