copyrights for alot of material

I want to start up a business selling beats freelance.I don't want to just put out my boys and local cats.I have lots of ideas and I was wondering how I should go about copyrighting my company name,logo,beats(I have alot of them)and what else should I do.What's the best way to go should I copyright my entire collection of tracks?I need opinions.Thanks in advanced.

as far as registering your biz, check with your local county clerk you prolly jus need a assumed name certificate

copyrighting material w/ the loc cost $30, put as many beats on a cd for the $30
