Analog Tracks our of Sync. with scratch track.

Hi - First time in this forum.. Actually a question..
I am a new user for Both of these programs,
Here it the problem.. I record the scratch track - fine.
From there on every thing I record is out of sync. by .5 sec's or so.
If I rec. more tracks using the scratch track, and then mute the scratch track and play everything but the scratch track. They are in sync with each other... but all are out of sync with the scratch track.. - Its making me nutz....
Suggestions.
