S-330 owner's key--

I have aquired an S-330 but as I started trying to backup the disks that came with it, it gave me an error and asked me to "attatch owner's key". The LCD display reads "key check error". I can't find anything on ROland's site or anywhere else on the net. Anyone know what this key is, or where I can get one?

I have a W30 but never heard of anything like that. Maybe try to re-initiliaze...then call Roland.
