Question Tascam Pocketstudio 5

Has anyone tried the Pocketstudio? I never use my 424 mkII, because cassettes are a pain and are almost obsolete. Would the Pocketstudio be a decent replacement? (I'm planning to set up my computer for recording, but I'd like to have the Pocketstudio also for the portability.)

I would cruise on over to the fostex forum and check out the MR-8. It is 100.00 less than the PS5 and you can x-fer wav files (i.e. tracks you record) via USB to you computer for editing/mixing. The PS5 WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DO THAT. (without considerable pain and suffering)
