Mule is on a distinguished road
Yamaha AM802 mixer value

Anyone give an amateur some advice on keeping/selling this piece of vintage (mid-80s) equipment? I bought it from a friend and stockpiled it until I was able to record. I now want to do some live demo recording (one or two voices, one or two acoustic instruments) and dug it out. Haven't done much recording. Is this decent stuff, okay for a beginner? If not right, I'd want to sell it and ease the burden on my plastic. Has 8 mono channels in (only accepts 1/4 inch mic/line) stereo out and record out. 3 aux send, 3 stereo aux return. The manual is not helpful for amateurs, shows it being used as a PA mixer only. Any guidance for the ignorant? If I didn't put down the relevant info here, let me know. I have the manual nearby and can dig it out. Thanks.
