de-clicking and cleanup
what would be the most affordable yet quality restoration application available? i know much of it is software. i was asked by an elderly man on day, and i was about to tell him Waves Restoration, but he said that money wasn't there to get anything like that...any ideas?

Cool Edit Pro is pretty good for restoration. You just have to understand the tools which is the hard part.
