MIDI file conversion to wav

I am fairly new to Cakewalk...I pulled up their demo "Love Street" and was learning on it...how do I created a stereo track to burn to a CD that includes the MIDI as well as digital audio? I have 2 soundcards, a Soundblaster AWE64 Gold (MIDI and audio) and a Delta66 (audio only).
