HOW: Sync up tracks with different beats?

Hi,
I'm using ACID 3. I have a track with a drum loop that's about say 82 bmp. Fine.

I have another track that's vocals that is close to this beat but not quite. It's essentially like 6 bars of vocals or one chorus. It seems to start out on the same rhythm but by the end of the 6 bars you can tell it's not in sync.

The vocal track also has drum backgrounds, I couldn't just pull out the vocals so I can see the drum beats in the track and actually visually see they're not lined up with the drum beat.

How do I 'sync' up one track with another?
