Live Recording with BR-532

My band is playing a gig next week with onsite sound, and everything is miked. I want to record the gig and then edit it, and I'm wondering if I can do that with my Boss BR-532. I assume I can hook up to his mixer to just input the signal, then bring it to my pc for editing and burning. But I'm not sure if I need to do any special settings, stereo, etc., to the 532. As you can tell, I'm a novice (read: idiot) at this, so any help would be appreciated.
