puting up acoustical treatment

I just baught the auralexs Sooper Roominator kit and it came with the caulking glue but I'm not sure exactly how I can glue the bass traps up without wasting the glue or having to sit there and hold it up while it dries. Is there anything that I can use to hold the it up and how much glue do I actually put on the wall if any, or on the actual bass trap. Thanks in advance.
