MR-8 Flash Disk Question

I recently purchased a PCMCIA Flash Disk Card adapter. My PC doesn't recognize the 128MB unit which came with my MR-8. It does however recognize my other Flash Disks which I use for my digital cameras.

What's up with this? I'm simply trying to download the stored tunes to my PC. Am I doing something not supported?

Wow - any more details? I have Win98, which isn't supported by the MR-8, but I had no problem moving tracks with my Zio! reader.

Hmm, PCMCIA - what kind of card? Is it possible high speed cards have problems with PC card adaptors?

Also, I think I saw Memorex cards "approved". They were really cheap at Computer City - is that right?
