New song in need of critics

Second new song recorded this month - probably last for the year. http://www.audiox.cjb.net/v2.html - 'What You've Done'. Critique and praise welcome, please post in this thread.

At the begining I thought there was massive noise, sort of sounds like music background music had DBX turned off. That distortion guitar is just fuzz, the vocal sounds nice, and the strummed guitar not too bad.

Really good song and good playing. I especially like the vocals. Reminds me of some 13th Floor Elevators.
A tube amp would do wonders for your guitar tone. Your guitar playing sounds good.
Try a little compression on the bass to even it out a little. Some low and low mid cuts in the bass might make it less muddy.
Kind of an abrupt ending.

I was really going for a really high quality recording. Just good enougth to get the idea across but those comments are great thanks! Any more focused more specifically on the song itself?

..so I've listened the song and not the mix; I like it, cos I always liked this kind of grunge songs - although I expected screaming instead of loud-whispering at "Look what you've done to me"
ah, and I thought you're singing "Who are you done to me"
- do you intend to put some drums on it?
cool tune, wanna hear the next ver!
