Guitar pedal repair?

I fryed an old digitech pedal that I really loved. plugged in the wrong adapted and it totally killed it. does anyone know if this is something that could be fixed by replacing a resistor or something simple like that?

I don't know how to fix it, but I'm sure it would be easy enough for an electrician or tech. I don't see it being that expensive either.
