can someone please help me get the books or
or a learning guide for cakewalk 8. I recently purchased a computer that has cakewalk 8 installed on it and i am very interested in learning to use it.

You should be able to order a manual from Cakewalk @1-888 Cakewalk.

Some of the CW products have on screen manuals.... in other words.... the manual
may be found in the help section. I recently did a project with them and the only
manual available, other than the Quick Start Guide, was in the help section.

the help files are really all you need to get started.
the manuels are usaully on the disk..cd
one of the thing you need to do is go to tools/audio options/advanced and ck. the "enable simultaneous record and playback" this one took me some time to find when i was getting started.
