Question Effects for guitar?

Do any of you recommend any effects processors for guitars? I'm really into multi-effects processors, too.

Yea, A good tube amp. That's all you really need. Throw away the transistors and spend the cash on a good amp.

darknailblue is an unknown quantity at this point
hmmmmm... that question didn't seem like it asked about an amp, but hes right, make sure u have a great amp/cab/speaker setup before you go out and get multieffects... otherwise ur $10000 effects processor will sound like garbage. some cool rack ones for guitar though are the t.c. electronic g force... the g major is great too but its geared towards mid ranged performance so some people are turned off by it.... ummmm the lexicon effects processor is exteremelly kewl.... u can choose to put effects before the amp of after, but it has quite a few modeled effects and modeled effects ALL suck... in fact modeled effects and modeled amps all suck.... theyre convenient and all but suck... if ur serious about ur sound, look into getting dedicated reverb and delay units before you spend cash on multi effects
