Conlict with AMD system

Has anyone out there successfully used Darla, Gina, or Layla with an AMD system?

SOrry to tell you this man--but unless you have the Athlon motherboard with the VIA chipset, you have no prayer of getting it to work. there is a conflict between the Motorola chips (on the motherboard) and a chip on the PCI Layla card. That is straight from Event Tech Support.

Even if you do have the athlon motherboard that has the VIA chipset, you need to downlaod a fix and then it only works about 20% of the time.

If you have anoything other than and athlon..i dont know.

Don't firhgt the system. SUpport the Intel monopoly. it's your only hope unless you wanna ditch the Event cards all together,.
