I tried the SBLive! card, but found it's only designed for gamers and now it's too late to return it. I want to record in real time from my vs880 to cakewalk. Any suggestions within a reasonable price range??

Gadgetlabs. They have a daughtercard for sp/dif that interchanges between their various soundcards.

Question

VIRTUAL.RAY:
A problem with the SBLive! is bit depth compatibility which makes the sound reproduction terrible. When you transfer from the Midiman Dio, do you get the same digital quality as from the source?? This sounds like something I'm definitely interested in.
