roland xp30 vs xp50

Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy used xp30 for my first keyboard.. then I checked Ebay. I'm wondering why most of the used Xp-50s are cheaper than xp-30s. Isn't Xp50 simply the higher grade model of xp30??
Thanx!

The XP-50 is a much older model than the XP-30, and was discontinued years ago.

The XP30 also has way more sounds than any other XP series synth. 1,400 total and it already has the Session, Orchestral and Techno expansion boards built in plus it has room for 2 more SR-JV cards.
