Do I really need a digital mixer?

I just ordered a RME Multiface/PCI version and I use Samplitude Producer and Emagic Gold, I also have a Fostex D824 HDR(24bit/96K ADAT) and a Tascam TM-D1000 digital mixer. I'm planning to replace the TMD but with what? I'm considering: Tascam DM24, Yamaha 01V, or what is a favorite way of getting Rode NTK tube mic/PresonusMP20 signals into Multiface as well as the HDR? Are there analog mixers that would work just as well?
All sugggestions appreciated
Chuck

There are more options than you can shake a boom stand at. How much do you want to spend?

Under $1000. How about the NTK to a Mackie 1402/Multiface/Samplitude/D824HDR through ADAT. The Mackie and a maybe a better preamp would be all I need.
