Did some recording with the Beta 57A recently, and by adjusting the
signal path better was able to get much better results on my vocals.
(Beta 57A>VTB-1>Joe Meek MC2>RNC>recorder)
So it's a keeper.

I will, however, let you guys know how good the Peavey(!) 520i
large diaphram microphone is, just scored one off e-bay for $60.
