Foam

Hi,
I've bought some foam for the walls in my studio. I have enough to go around the walls, but I'm not sure if I have enough to go all the way from the floor to the celing. My question is, should I start from the celing and work down as much as I can. Or will it work better if I start from the floor and work up as far as I can. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If full coverage isn't an option:
The lowest frequencies are accentuated in a typical room size environment by any of the intersections of walls and floors or ceilings or other walls. So for example, say you've got a speaker/source combo lacking bass response, you can artificially boost it by placing the speakers at these intersections. Just an example to show where the boost comes from. When speakers are actually placed this way they sound terrible. So to even out the frequency response of the room put the sound absorbing materials at those intersections extending out toward the face centers a couple of feet.
