Acid Start up Problem

SUp folks,
When I try to start Acid Pro Demo,one by one it goes through Cubase's plugins stating that they can't be used. After about 6 of these messages, it causes an error and shuts down. Anyone have ideas on how to correct this? Thank you in advance.
