Making a Contract?

I am just finishing my first music cd and plans are to release by the end of this month. The guy that I am doing this with I trust but I am already starting other projects due to the response I got from this one. Where could I get information on how to make a contract with the different band members and writers, and so on? I would like some tips or ideas on what a contract should look like? What should it include?

I;ve recieved 15 e-mails from people asking me for a contract to model after.... EAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYY........

Man oh man...... This is what I'll do...... Tonight I'll post it.... You can all copy and paste it from here into word.........or I'll just post it as an attachment...... I gotta take stuff out since I'm gonna post an actual contract that I have used with some artists.

You can always make your own contracts, but if you don't want to do this, go here
for some cheap boiler plates you can just fill in.

To those of you interested in obtaining contracts, I am an attorney and yes, I have many different contracts available but, more importantly, I can give you practical answers to many of your questions.

By the way, this is not a solicitation by any means. I am also a musician and have been involved in the music industry for many years and I have practiced law for quite a few years as well. I absolutely do not mind sharing knowledge with members of the musical community. That means musicians, engineers, producers etc. Everyone else has to pay through the nose.
