Know of a cheap stand-alone CD burner?

Folks, I'm donating my old cassette Portastudio to a friend, and I'd like to add a CD burner for him. Since he has no computer in his little home studio, the unit will need to be (1) stand-alone, and
(2) with the abiltity to burn one CD to another (two CD trays).

Modest philanthropist that I am, I'd like to find the very cheapest, decent (an oxymoron?) unit possible. Any tips?

The two-tray Philips ones are probably the cheapest. You can find them even cheaper on eBay.
